1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BlinkURL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and MFA secrets
  • The security and periodic review of your active sessions and connected devices
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not, due to credential negligence
  • Ensuring your content complies with local and international laws
  • The accuracy and lawfulness of the content on your BlinkPages

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the service for:

  • Scams, phishing, or deceptive marketing practices
  • Distributing malware or malicious software link redirects
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech on profile pages
  • Violating intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempting to circumvent our tier-based limits
  • You are strictly liable for all destination URLs configured within Link Rotators. Every URL in a rotator pool must comply with our safety guidelines.
  • You assume full responsibility for the data privacy and security of any third-party endpoints you configure via our Outbound Webhooks feature.

4. Account Mutations & Security Audits

To maintain enterprise-grade security, BlinkURL records all account mutations (sign-ins, password changes, MFA enrollments). We reserve the right to proactively terminate sessions or suspend accounts exhibitng signs of automated compromise or brute-force attempts.

Users are encouraged to utilize the Universal Session Revocation tool in the Security Hub if they suspect any unauthorized access.

5. Social Media Automation & Third-Party APIs

BlinkURL provides optional automated distribution tools for LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter). By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for all content posted to your social accounts via our automated triggers.
  • You must comply with the respective Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for LinkedIn and X.
  • BlinkURL is not liable for account suspensions or penalties imposed by third-party platforms resulting from your automated activity.
  • The 'Bragging Rights' milestone engine uses click data to trigger celebration posts; you can disable this at any time in your link settings.

6. Link Health Monitoring & Data Imports

By utilizing the Switch Orchestrator (Import Tool) and Health Sentinel features, you agree to the following:

  • Automated Scanning: BlinkURL performs automated HEAD requests to your destination URLs to verify link health. You are responsible for ensuring that such scanning does not violate the terms of the destination server.
  • Import Ownership: You represent and warrant that you have the right to export and import link data from third-party services (e.g., Bitly, Rebrandly) into your BlinkURL account.
  • Data Accuracy: BlinkURL is not responsible for errors in your imported data or for redirects to destinations that become malicious after the health check is performed.

7. Free Public Tools

BlinkURL provides free utility tools, including the Domain Trust Checker and UTM Decoder. By using these tools, you agree that:

  • No Warranties: These tools are provided "as-is" without any warranties of accuracy. The Trust Checker relies on third-party APIs (like Google Safe Browsing), and results should not be taken as absolute guarantees of safety.
  • Data Processing: Any URLs or domains submitted to these public tools are processed in real-time. We do not persistently store this data or tie it to your personal identity.
  • Fair Use: These tools are for personal or manual professional use. Automated scraping or API abuse of these free endpoints is strictly prohibited and may result in IP bans.
