2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your content complies with local and international laws
  • The accuracy and lawfulness of the content on your BlinkPages

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the service for:

  • Scams, phishing, or deceptive marketing practices
  • Distributing malware or malicious software link redirects
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech on profile pages
  • Violating intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempting to circumvent our tier-based limits

4. Fees & Subscriptions

We offer various subscription tiers (FREE, SOCIAL, PRO). Fees for premium tiers are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice.

Abuse of free tier limits or intentional misrepresentation to bypass billing may result in immediate account termination.
